At Echoes of Earth, we prioritize customer care and satisfaction which is why we process and pack orders within 3 days of purchase! We offer free shipping on orders totaling $30 or more. For orders under $30, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Echoes of Earth, we take great care in inspecting each product to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before it reaches you. Since our items are handmade, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used products. If your order sustains damage during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) upon receiving photographic proof within 14 days of delivery.
